UBF Trainer Application - Ylia V2

So apparently Lavi in the previous application looked a bit too much like an existing Pokémon card. This was pure coincidence, but I had to change his picture anyways. And since Ylia received a new outfit, I decided to the whole thing again. And to avoid any further confusion about my references, I included them below the artist's comments. ANY resemblence with existing Pokémon pictures is pure coincidence. I don't use any other references (besides Pokédex 3D) then the Sugimori art listed below as I make it my policy not to copy/trace. Anyways moving on... //end rant

I tried lineartless. I quite like doing it, but I've still got a way to go before I feel as "safe" with it as linearted art. |3
I tried doing everything on one layer, which worked quite well, except for the BG layers and special effect layers. :3
